Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement practice where there are no steps to learn, no choreography, and no judgment. It's an invitation to listen deeply to your body, release stress, awaken creativity, and experience the joy of moving exactly as you are. Whether your dance is energetic and expressive or slow and meditative, every movement is welcome. Saturday July 18th 6-8pm at Unitarian Universalist Society, 12 Ford Avenue in Oneonta.

Maywood depot in sidney center welcomes all to their sunday ice cream socials from 6 to 8pm featuring local musical talent, this week, july 19th is lori and rick french. Come enjoy the music and lots of delicious ice cream.

The Oneonta Elk's Lodge is holding a blood drive on Monday, July 20th from 10 to 3 at 86 Chestnut Street in Oneonta. Supplies are low so please donate blood or platelets and remember to hydrate well day of donation.

The Clark Sports Center is hosting a Red Cross blood drive, on Tuesday, July 21st, 9am to 1pm at 124 County Highway 52, Cooperstown. Please hydrate well day of donation.

There's a Red Cross blood drive in Delhi on Tuesday, July 21st from 11 to 4, at the Delhi United Ministry, 1 Church Street, Delhi. Please consider donating blood or platelets as supplies are very low.

Chenango county free rabies clinic is tuesday, july 21st from 5:30 to 6:30pm at the bainbridge highway department, 175 lawrence road, bainbridge; dogs must be leashed, cats & ferrets in carriers; bring rabies vaccinations records. Pre-register is preferred but not necessary at chenango county n y dot gov.
